Driving Directions to Memorial
From Louisville: Take I-64 East to the first Frankfort exit. Take 127 North to the East-West Connector (676). Follow the Connector until you cross the Kentucky River. Across the bridge take the first right. This is Coffee Tree Road. Follow Coffee Tree up and around the hill until you see the Memorial.
From Lexington: Take I-64 West to the first Frankfort exit. Take US 60 West to the East-West Connector (676). Follow the Connector to Coffee Tree Road (just before you get to the river) Take a left onto Coffee Tree Road. Follow Coffee Tree up and around the hill until you see the Memorial.

kfort Cemetery:
The Frankfort Cemetery was incorporated on February 27, 1844 by an act of the legislature. This, Kentucky’s original rural cemetery, is the final resting place of Daniel and Rebecca Boone who were reburied in Frankfort Cemetery in 1845. The cemetery also holds a memorial for all the Kentuckians who had died or were to die in defense of their country and the interment of one U.S. Vice President, seven Kentucky governors and numerous people of historical note.
